Yes, interior bathroom jobs year round. Cold outside doesn't affect showers, tubs, or grout work inside. Perfect time to stop leaks/mold before spring.

 

How much for typical jobs?
Window/door re-caulking: $1,000 minimum 10 openings (windows & doors) and up (depends on count above 10 windows). Single leaking window re-caulk $400. Bathroom caulking: $300–$400. Free quotes, text photos for exact number.

 

What materials do you use?
Commercial-grade silicone (Dow Corning style or equivalent) flexes in GTA freeze thaw, mildew resistant for bathrooms. Lasts 5+ for washrooms and 15+ exterior windows and doors. No cheap stuff. Like box cutter stores.

 

How long does a job take?
Most house fixes: 1-2 days. Small ones (few windows or one

bathroom): same day. Clean no mess.
